Returns and Refunds Policy 

  • All communication for refunds and returns should be directed to the relevant seller through the contact details on the email confirmation sent. 
  • We request that all customers retain the original receipt (proof of purchase) 
  • The customer must notify the seller within 14 days if the goods delivered are not what they ordered, of incorrect quantity, faulty or have missing items. 
  • All damages must be reported within 24 hours of signing for deliveries in order for us to be able to raise an insurance claim. Please provide photographs of the damaged item and/or packaging. 
  • For personalised and custom-made products, a refund will only be offered where the product is faulty. 
  • Refunds will not be offered on used items or those damaged by the customer.
